Staff were very professional, polite, welcoming and extremely helpful. The hotel is spotlessly clean and well maintained. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of continental and English cooked breakfast and special requests were efficiently provided by the friendly staff. The hotel is perfectly situated for accessing the Metro with the station entrance right outside the front door and for accces to other forms of transport. The hotel is on quite a noisy main road but the windows cut out the noise completely and the air conditioning in the room worked very well during the hot weather.

The staff at the desk were wonderful. They were always willing to help with directions and advice about finding restaurants, etc. The cleaning service was very efficient working around our schedules. They never interrupted us with any knocks on our door for the 5 days we stayed there. Last but not least, we requested a quiet room, so they placed us away from the street.

Friendly staff, convenient location with a subway station just outside the hotel and a great restaurant just next door.

Very clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Close to metro station which is very convenient. Towels were changed daily.
